How to hide the Knowledge Base

  1. Go to Settings > Additional Options > Knowledge Base.

  2. Click on Restrict Access to the Knowledge Base > Select. Select the department or user group from whom you want to hide the knowledge base.

  3. Click Apply.

Done! Now the selected departments and groups won't see the knowledge base in the account.

If you disable and then enable the Knowledge Base module again, it will remain hidden from selected departments or groups.
