You can lead on-the-job training and fill out an observation checklist in the OJT Sessions section.

  1. Click on New Session.



  2. Select the observer and the employee who requires training. You can create multiple sessions on a single screen and assign them to the same employee or to different ones.

    Click on Add more to create additional sessions.

    Each entry creates a separate session.




    When all sessions are added, click on Next.

  3. Then, select the observation checklist that will be used during the sessions. Click on Next to continue.

  4. Set the date and time.

    You can start the session immediately after creating it or schedule a start time and set a duration. These settings can be the same for all sessions or applied individually for each one.



  5. Once everything is configured, click on Create N sessions, if multiple sessions were added, or Create session, if you're assigning just one.



    Perfect! You've created an OJT session. Participants will receive an email, a push notification, and a portal notification in iSpring Learn.

    You can edit, delete the training session and contact the participants from this page.



    The supervisor can print an observation checklist.
