Only Account Owners and Administrators can create awards.
Click on Create on the Awards tab.
Fill in the award details.
First, type in the title, such as “Achiever of the Month” or “Sales Excellence Award.”
Next, add a preview picture that summarizes the idea behind the award. For instance, you can select from pre-designed emojis and images made by iSpring.
To upload an image from your computer, go to the Upload tab and click on Upload.
If you want to change the uploaded picture, click on Replace.
Now you can describe what achievements this award celebrates and its significance for the company. Once you add a description, click on Next.
On the Recipients tab, choose the employees you want to reward. You can search by name, email or department to find the employee faster.
You can nominate as many employees as you wish. Award recipients can be from the same or different departments.
On the Announcements tab, select the date and time the award will be announced.
If you select a date in the past, the employee will not get notified of the award, but it will appear on the list of recipients.
You can decide whether to award employees one by one or all together. Two options are available:
Schedule individually. This works best for celebrating individual achievements. Each recipient gets an award announcement at a separate time.
Schedule for all recipients. This works best for teamwork awards or special occasions like corporate anniversaries, end-of-year meetings, etc. Everyone will receive their award at the same time.
Write a personalized note explaining why the award went to this employee. You can do this either before or after creating the award.
Finally, click on Create Award.
Great! You've created an award. The platform will notify the award recipients.
