1. Open LibreOffice and create a new Text Document.



  2. To add form fields to personalize your certificate, click InsertText Box.



  3. Insert a field. For example, add %NAME% to automatically fill in the learner's first and last name.



  4. You can add other form fields, such as the course title and the date the certificate was issued, in the same way.

  5. Next, save the certificate in .docx format. Click FileSave As.

  6. In the Save as type field, select Word 2007-365 and click Save.



    Nice! You've created a certificate in LibreOffice.

    Now you can upload it to iSpring Learn and employees will receive personalized certificates after completing the course.
