This guide outlines the various notifications that participants involved in a development plan will receive. They include Supervisors, Functional Managers, Mentors, Task Monitors, and Employees.
Supervisors
As a supervisor, you will receive the following notifications:
- Assignment of a plan to an employee.

- Changes in development plan goals.

- Changes in the start date of the plan.

- The need to record an outcome, if the selection of the outcome is permitted in role settings.


- The outcome of a plan, if the decision was not made by a supervisor but by an account administrator, for instance.

- A change in the outcome.

- An email with your team's development plan update — every Friday, at 3:00 PM.

Functional Managers
As a functional manager, you will receive the following notifications:
- Assignment of a plan to an employee.

- Changes in the plan’s start date.

- Changes in development plan goals.

- An email with your team's development plan update — every Friday, at 3:00 PM.

Mentors
As a mentor, you will receive the following notifications:
- Assignment as a mentor to a user.

- The start and end dates of development plans.

- Changes in development plan goals.

- Changes in development plan start dates.

- Changes in your role as a mentor.

- The need to leave a final comment about your mentee after completing the plan.

Task Monitors
As a task monitor, you will receive notifications about:
- Tasks that have been submitted for verification.
- New comments regarding development tasks.

Employees
As an employee undergoing a development plan, you will receive the following notifications:
- A welcome letter on the first day of the development plan.

- Changes in plan goals.

- Rescheduling a task to the next nearest time: for a new time on that same day or the following day.

- Change of mentor.

- Overdue tasks.

- New comments in tasks.

- Verification of the task by the task monitor.

- Reopening of the task by the task monitor.
