You can see when other team members are editing a quiz. If someone is online and making changes, their avatar appears next to the block being edited. Hover over the avatar to see their name.
When a team member is editing a block, it turns gray, and others cannot edit it. You can make changes to the quiz once the team member finishes editing and moves the cursor away from the area. If someone is adding, editing, or deleting images or videos, the area is not blocked.
How to invite team members
Select the course with the quiz and click •••>Invite.
Or right-click on the course and select Invite.
Then, click Invite.
Select the team members who should get access to the course.
The team members will see the course in the Shared with me section.
