You can now find valid answers and manage training more effectively with an AI-powered helper. 

iSpring Learn’s AI Assistant will provide exact answers on how to assign training, launch reports, apply desired settings, and more. It can also suggest links to iSpring help docs. 


AI Assistant is available in the Admin Portal for both Start and Business subscription plans of the cloud versions of iSpring Learn.

What Can AI Assistant Help With?

AI Assistant answers questions about iSpring Learn.

If the question is not related to iSpring Learn, AI Assistant will give you a standardized response:


To answer the question, AI Assistant searches for help docs in English. If you ask the question in a different language, AI Assistant will translate the answer to that language.


How to Use iSpring’s AI Assistant

  1. Log in and click on AI Assistant on the right.


     

  2. Type in the question and click on Send.


    AI Assistant provides three random questions that you can search for answers to. You can select one to start exploring iSpring Learn.



    Well done! AI Assistant will offer you step-by-step instructions and helpful links.

How to stop AI Assistant from responding

If you've changed your mind and want to ask a different question, you can stop AI Assistant. 

When AI Assistant starts responding, click on Stop.


Done! The canceled request will be saved in the search history.

How to hide AI Assistant

The dialog window with the AI assistant stays open as long as you are in the account. If you don't need the assistant at the moment, you can hide it.

  1. Click on Hide.



  2. Click on AI Assistant to unfold the dialog window.


Search history

The AI assistant maintains your search history for 7 days. This makes it easier for you to return to the instructions if needed.

How to Leave Feedback on Responses

You can evaluate AI Assistant’s responses.

  1. Send the question.



  2. Then, click on Was this answer helpful?



  3. Evaluate the quality of the response from Not helpful at all to Excellent.



  4. Share your impressions and click Submit Feedback.
