Editing a Learning Track

Here’s how to edit the name, properties, and settings of a learning track.

  1. Navigate to the Learning Content section, select a learning track, and then click on Edit.



  2. On the new page, begin editing the learning track.

Copying a Learning Track

You can copy the learning track into a project or folder.

  1. Navigate to the Learning Content section, select a learning track, and then click on Copy



    Or, right-click on a learning track and choose Copy.



  2. Now, select the folder or project where you want to place the copied learning track, and click on Copy.



    Done! You've copied the learning track.



    If there is already a learning track with the same name in the folder or project, it will be copied and given a number in parentheses.

Moving a Learning Track 

If you want to move a learning track to a folder or a project:

  1. In the Learning Content section, select a learning track and click on > Move



    Or, right-click on a learning track and choose Move in the opened menu.



  2. In the opened window, select a folder and click on Move.

Deleting a Learning Track 

If you no longer need a learning track, and you want to delete it:

  1. In the Learning Content section, select a learning track and click on > Delete.



  2.  Confirm your decision.



    1. If you need to restore a leanring track, you can do it in the Trash folder within 30 days. 
    2. If you delete a learning track that learners have already started or completed, each course within the learning track will remain in the learners' course list as separate content, not part of the learning track.
