You can share content with other users and give them access to edit or view the content item.

  1. Click to the right of the content item and select Collaborate
  2. Click on the Add Collaborators.



  3. Select the access level in the Add Collaborators window.
  4. Choose team members to whom you are going to provide access, and click Add.



    Team members will receive an invitation by email.



    The content item will appear in the Shared with me section in the accounts of those team members who have been given access to it.
