You can share content with other users and give them access to edit or view the content item.
Click to the right of the content item and select Collaborate.
Click on the Add Collaborators.
Select the access level: Can view or Can edit.
Choose team members to whom you are going to provide access, and click Add.
You can set individual access levels for each collaborator.
Team members will receive an invitation by email. The content item will appear in the Shared with me section in the accounts of those team members who have been given access to it.
Next to the content you’ve shared, you’ll see the label.
You can also use theShared with collaboratorsfilter to quickly find all the content you’ve shared.
