You can share content with team members and give them permission to view or edit a content item.

  1. Click ••• to the right of the content item and select Invite.



  2. In the Invite Team Members window, click Invite.



  3. Select the access level: Can view or Can edit
  4. Select the team members you want to give access to, then click Add.



    You can set individual access levels for each team member.



    Team members will receive an invitation by email. The content item will appear in the Shared with me section section of their accounts.



    Next to the shared content, you’ll see an icon indicating that it has been shared. Hover over the icon to see how many team members have access.



    You can also use the Shared with collaborators filter to quickly find all the content you’ve shared.
