360° Review

The 360° Review module can help you evaluate employees using 360-degree feedback.

Create questionnaires, evaluate employees and based on the feedback, create your employee development plan. iSpring Learn will analyze the responses and generate a report.

The module consists of 4 sections:

Competency Profiles
Competencies
Rating Scales

The Account Owner, Account Administrators and users with a custom role enabled to manage competencies, profiles and performance reviews, have access to the 360° Review module.
