Before uploading modules to a course, it’s important to know which files you’ll be able to download to your computer. This helps ensure you have backups in case the original files are accidentally deleted.
We recommend keeping all important files safely stored and not deleting them from your computer.
For more details about downloading standalone content items, check out this article.

For example, if you add video or audio to a course and later delete the original file, it cannot be restored from the course. There will be no such option in the properties.

You will be able to download video or audio files only if they are added as standalone modules to the project.

How to publish content with source files
You can publish content made in iSpring Suite and iSpring QuizMaker to iSpring Learn along with their source files.
Just check the box Upload source files when publishing.

This way, even if you lose the original files, you can always download them again from iSpring Learn.
