You can restore content that has been placed in the Trash folder for 30 days. All settings will be preserved for restored content.

How to restore learning content

These are the users who can access the Trash folder and restore content:

  • Account Owner
  • Owner of the project from which the content was deleted (Project Owner)
  • Team members who can edit a project

If someone deletes an entire project, only the Account Owner will see the content from the project in the Trash folder.

  1. Open Learning Content.

  2. Click on Trash at the left.

  3. Select one or several deleted items and click on Restore.

  4. If a folder or project was deleted, select where to place the restored content.

  5. Click Restore.

Collaborators will regain access to the restored content.

Great! The platform will let you know where the restored content is located.

How to see who deleted a content item

  1. Open Trash.
  2. The columns “Deleted by” and “Date Deleted” will show who deleted the items and when.

Now you know who deleted the content item and when they did it. Please note that the platform will not be able to restore content after 30 days from its deletion.
